- Turn off the news or anything making you angry and depressed
- Get a hobby.
- Joy comes from helping others. Volunteer somewhere.
- Get plenty of sleep. I recommend the phone app Mintal I've been using the free version to track my sleep Very informative.
- You might look for resources online that can help you narrow down your issues. Both the anger and the depression.
- They don't call alcohol a depressant for nothing. Might be time to kick the habit.
