Easily either one. Same neck of the woods but I’m uncertain the distinction between Aztec & Mayan, but I’ll toss in Mayan as a possible third choice. Incan’s were preceded by other notable civilizations. Though not widely known internationally, Caral, at 5K years old is one of the oldest cities in the Andes if not the Americas.
