So if classification is as stringent as declas, that leaves the “POTUS” and Vpotus as the only ones able to easily reclassify the info.

And Joe doesn’t know what day it is... so his handlers would be messing with classified info for which they haven’t a need-to-know.

Pretty sure none of that matters anymore to them. Might have meant something once when it protected thier own.
