I broke my left arm, near same place, not as bad, 3 yrs ago and it healed fine. No issues. No surgery. I wore a cast for 2 weeks then cut it off 👀. Wore a splint though.
Had a terrible broken foot 6 yrs ago, but that was 6 yrs ago lol. Took a year to heal.
No dental implants. Teeth are good lol 😁.
I take Vit D and K.
It certainly is a conundrum.
Screws sound serious. The lower arm bones are not as substantial I suppose; screws make it sound like more than just a simple break - although you said that it had a previous injury. None of my business, of course. Sorry about the pain; didn't mean to pry.
