In my humble opinion, Sarah should have completed her term, rack up additional successes, then consider higher office. I feel the same about Lake. She needs to rack up a full term as Governor, get some actual successes under her belt, get into some actual political fights as an office holder, and only then consider higher office.
Do people turn down being tapped for VP? Has that ever happened? She would be a great Senator. My days of dreaming of her becoming President are over. Trump helped kill that dream. She’s tough as nails, but could not have taken the slings and arrows that Trump has. It was much worse for Trump than I believe even he dreamed.
