Milley was published yesterday that reads just like that--a collection of crazy stuff that rabid Trump haters will eat up but rational thinking people (us) know just didn't happen.
They've spent decades (see: Graydon Carter) creating a fictional Trump so they can write stories that "fit" that caricature, i.e., unfit for office.
