Pres. Trump supporters sent alternate electoral vote certificates for 7 states to the national archives.
Archives refused to forward to VP Pence. The are supposed to send all to the President of The Senate

I swear I saw an addendum document VP Pence signed for Mitch, where the VP would not accept alternate certificates.
Why I never saved it I’ll never know as I can’t find it now,
There is nothing in the law that allows The President of The Senate to abdicate some responsibilities.
