It turns out Wisconsin was a preview of CPAC (the next day).
I am convinced that President Trump has turned an important corner, psychologically and strategically, looking to the future and not so much the past (which was traumatic for all of us ... so much more so for him).
In any event, his new message is CLEAR AND STRONG, and should help carry both 2022 and 2024.
The Dick Morris show on NEWSMAX is great BTW. I know ... I know ... he's a sleazebag former buddy of Bill Clinton ... but he is a tremendously knowledgeable political strategist and now apparently a close confidant of DJT. I expect him to be in the middle of the 2024 Trump campaign.
Having listened to/watched the rally and CPAC speeches, would you say they’re essentially the same? I’m not going to have time for the CPAC speech today and tomorrow’s a write-off too. Tuesday is a quieter day to listen if you tell me they’re different enough.
The only thing I remember about Dick Morris is a comment he made while Obama was running in 2008. That one sentence surprised me and gave me a new perspective on some political inconsistencies that had been puzzling me. The Jerusalem Post reported that Morris said “There is no group less invested in self-preservation than American Jews.” I learned at the same time that Morris is an American Jew.
