Scoop: Federal prosecutors likely to wait until after Nov election to announce any action against Trump, if they determine he broke any laws, sources tell
@cstrohm
. Under DOJ policy, no investigative steps 60 days before election. This year, that’s Sept. 10.

This DOJ decision makes it unlikely anything would be announced on whether any charges will or won’t be filed against Trump until after Nov. 8, sources said.

So basically, they have nothing, and they know they have nothing, but they are going to pretend like they have something to interfere in the midterms. Then they get their butts kicked & we never hear about it again, until 2024, when they think they can get some more traction.

I interpret this to mean that they know they have nothing with which to charge President Trump. But they’ll be able to beat the drum of …..we will be charging him after the election….. until the election. If they had anything they would do it before September 8.

Or they will just change the rules because… It is just so important for OUR ( Dems tyranny) democracy. /s
