You can't believe a word this regime or the Fake News says or prints.
I think that stupid woman who said that Trump was fighting with Secret Service must have also told some safe stories to J6.
Before Attorney General Merrick Garland's spin:
The President of the United States has both the constitutional (and statutory) power to declassify anything he wants.
If President Trump left the White House with classified records, they are declassified by his actions.
Period.— 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸 (@mrddmia) August 11, 2022
All former Presidents get a federally funded office.
Office of the Former President
With staff.
And security clearances.
And Secret Service protection.
And secure facilities (SCIFs) for classified records.
Even if Trump had classified records, they were protected.
Period— 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸 (@mrddmia) August 11, 2022
All Presidents take records when they leave.
They don't pack their own boxes.
National Archives takes the position that almost everything is a "presidential record."
The federal government over-classifies almost everything.— 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸 (@mrddmia) August 11, 2022
It's routine for any Office of the Former President to negotiate with National Archives.
They could've alerted Congress.
The Biden DOJ could've filed a civil lawsuit.
They could've sought a subpoena.
But unprecedented home raid?!
Trump's had these records for 18 months!— 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸 (@mrddmia) August 11, 2022
AG Merrick Garland attempted to defend the indefensible in his political press conference.
He left more questions than answers.
He's a former federal judge and prosecutor.
He should be ashamed of himself for politicizing the Justice Department so dangerously.
He must resign.— 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸 (@mrddmia) August 11, 2022
The FBI has done virtually nothing with the Hunter Biden computer for years, allowed Hillary Clinton to skate when she violated numerous laws, and haven’t pursued Jeffrey Epstein’s associates.
The Trump raid is an abuse of power against an important political opponent.— Rep Andy Biggs (@RepAndyBiggsAZ) August 11, 2022
I am urging, actually insisting, the DOJ and the FBI lay their cards on the table as to why this course of action was necessary.
Until that is done the suspicion will continue to mount.— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) August 11, 2022
After Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller investigation, where FISA Court rebuked the FBI and DOJ for failing to disclose exculpatory material, there is no benefit of the doubt when it comes to investigating President Trump.— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) August 11, 2022
Half the country believes that when it comes to President Trump there are no rules. They have lost faith in the system.
The only way to address that problem is full disclosure of the facts and circumstances which led to this unprecedented action.— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) August 11, 2022
The primary reason the Attorney General and FBI are being pushed to disclose why the search was necessary is because of the deep mistrust of the FBI and DOJ when it comes to all things Trump - such as the Crossfire Hurricane and Mueller investigations.— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) August 11, 2022
What I am looking for is the predicate for the search. Was the information provided to the judge sufficient and necessary to authorize a raid on the former president’s home within ninety days of the midterm election?— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) August 11, 2022
Yes, it does seem like a silly thing if they did indeed bug the place and are caught.
But desperation calls for desperate measures.
And after all, they have gotten away with everything they have done so far.
No one has gone to jail or paid much of a price for trying to take down a duly elected President.
Darren Beattie made a great point to Bannon. All these millions of dollars that Republicans have - put a notice out that they’ll pay for any FBI whistleblowers who dare come forward. Very clever.
Garland: "I am honored to work alongside" the American Stasi and to guide them in their morally heedless employment of paramilitary power against all dissent and any challenge to the political and financial interests whose diktats are my sole guides pic.twitter.com/5xdaudM2vg— Ron Coleman (@RonColeman) August 11, 2022
They’re so obvious with their own, manufactured FFs.
It’s their lamest trick in their Alinsky Acme handbook.
I mean cover their legal fees.
I’m old enough to remember when Jeff sessions recused himself from Russiagate even though he knew it was bull just to avoid the look of impropriety yet garland seems proud of his impropriety. #deundtheFBI— Icecinder will never comply (@Icecinder) August 11, 2022
Even odds that while Garland was saying this, Hunter Biden was in the back of Air Force One snorting lines through rolled up Yuan notes that he got from his CCP business partners after they inked a deal selling access to the Biden White House. https://t.co/9FEbmWLfhP— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) August 11, 2022
The @FBI *leadership* is in crisis.
The FBI rank and file are horrified by the partisan politics being played by their leadership.— Richard Grenell (@RichardGrenell) August 11, 2022
I think the Rats gave into the pressure from their base to “do something”.
I agree!!! GARLAND MUST RESIGN!!
“What did the President know, and when did he know it?”
Are you back home, Jane?
I can’t believe these last few days but I’m not surprised.
