Execution after the first murder would have saved lives.
It’s sensible in a normal system, but our system is rigged.
I’m good with that in conjunction with new federal legislation to make falsifying evidence or withholding exculpatory evidence by prosecutors - or the judge, for that matter - a capital crime without possibility of appeal, punishable by DEATH.
And let’s get back to death by rifle bullet. In this era we don’t even need to put humans behind the rifle, only the warden to press the button.

Timely and completely justified executions only take place in truly civilized countries, not here in the USA where the government at all levels is controlled by criminals.
