I taught science in an inner-city school for a bit. Some of my best students were from Eritrean families. They were smart, hard working and polite. Similarly, our church has several Nigerian families who are educated and industrious people with solid families. That said, there is a limit to what any nation can absorb in a short time.

I worked with 4 or 5 Africans (Uganda, Kenya) They didn’t either.

Reminds me of Affirmative Action. Companies got around it by Hiring blacks from Africa. Then the are those that come here and become first level supervisors pretty quick. A quick way to get ahead doing something thankless while working harder than everyone else.
They don’t last too long here in my community. Open gas stations or restraunts but don’t generate the business here so they simply skip town and go back home. People know if you accomodate their business they’ll end up multiplying their families here, one boat load after another.

They are a Nigerian tribe with a very high IQ, much higher than the vast majority of other Africans or American blacks.
Hire someone of Ibo background and you get quality and hard work and keep the affirmative action Karens at bay.
