Hamden was where BlackElk (RIP) lived before moving to Rockford, IL. He was well-known there.

They really got lucky here that it wasn’t surrounded by other buses that could have made the situation far worse. If it was that destructive and dangerous to the surrounding area with one bus, imagine a dozen set off by the first one parked next to them.
