Why aren’t these companies being sued for negligence? Why are they getting a pass? Did “operation warp speed” protect them from getting sued? Answers please!!!!!

If the shots for kids make it into the approved schedule, they are home free. Of course, the government isn’t ever going to rescind the Emergency Order because it confers too much power. Same with many states.
Trump was lied to, as Dr. Birx brags in her recent book. His *Warp Speed* was about cutting red tape and setting up logistical supply chains, not formulating the shots themselves. We have all been gaslighted as to contents, safety and efficacy.
