At least your doctor gave you the shingles vaccine in his office. My doctor doesn’t give the shingles because they can’t give it as cheaply as a drug store.
Just imagine getting anaphylactic shock in a drugstore.
But that is exactly what happened. I received the shingles vaccine at a local chain drugstore, where the doctor said to go. After the pharmacist tossed me 2 Benedryl and some water, I sat there more than half an hour until I felt more normal. Thank G-d the Benedryl worked.
