That might be true.
I saw it yesterday just as it posted, I voted, and when I went back to check on the results, it had frozen at less than 100 votes.
I saw it again today, posted it on FR, and it was replaced by a new poll a couple hours later.
Strangely, almost all their important polls have a 5%-10% GOP surplus, which is not what you expect since 80% of MSN.com political headlines are anti-Trump or anti-Conservative.
