Your post about German unemployment benefits is the most dystoptian thing I’ve read in a while!
1. You should take jobs offered to you, or else you get a cut in benefits (sounds reasonable at first).
2. Sexwork of all kinds, including outright prostitution for a house of ill repute, is just another job, so
3. If you refuse the work offered to you (see 1 above), “ve must cut your benefits.”
Very logical, very consistent.
I have done some research and they have changed things since that story about German sex work and unemployment came out, but for 4 years that’s the way it was.
I’m sure it was a case of 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
Look out for it to return and spread.
