More interesting than this were the questions about a constitutional convention and proposed changes on elections, electoral college, eliminating the senate, adding senators from bigger states to offset GOP senators, changing the house to proportional elections rather than by district. We’re about split on this national popular vote thing and that’s alarming. We do not need to get closer to a “pure” democracy. Ranked voting and other things dilute our system which is designed to moderate the direction of the country. Is why terms of office are what they are from the house to a Supreme Court justice.
Biden is not at all popular. I’m curious what strategy Trump or any Republican would employ to win in 2024. What are the battleground states? Will the economy have rebounded enough for the media to drag Joe over the finish line?
