Loves Park ...sounds like a lovely place.

Founded by businessman Malcolm Love just north of Rockford, IL. It's in better shape than Rockford, but is not particularly upscale.

Actually, I looked it up to confirm. The soda fountain is actually just north of Loves Park, IL in Machesney Park, which is similar.
