But of course you ignore the debate that ensues, and I doubt that you are
privy to the private conversations connected to such stories when they
happen, nor that you understand what happens while we look at everything,
to try to understand what its purpose in the narrative actually is.
( Nor why were not here in force proclaiming it’s true, ALL of it? )

Well if you've sorted through it and dismissed some of it
why is there never a retraction or condemnation of the obvious trash?
