Sure, it's just kooks that believe we were running biolabs with deadly pathogens in them in Ukraine. Like Victoria Nuland and Marco Rubio, who acknowledged that there were such labs and speculated if the deadly pathogens ended up being used from these labs, it would be Russia's fault they were used.

You seem to forget that Tucker Carlson played the whole exchange between Nuland and Rubio on his show.
