I didn’t ignore it. When I heard about this last Thursday I bought call options on Nvidia stock. Up 300% so far, with another couple months to run. Figure you can’t go too far wrong shadowing the insider traders.
Not exactly inside trading. NVdia dropped during Covid and has dropped more since the crypto crash. This bill is no secret and has been in the pipeline for months.
If you are an investor in the chip field, this trade was a no brainer.
I agree that the appearance of impropriety is bad. But this is far from insider trading.
