Most of Chet’s posts were useful and interesting although he could be a little too obsessive, but FR had a sizable pro-pitbull cheering section that were very hard nosed and rabid with the defense of the dogs so it could get nasty.
The facts haven’t changed about the dogs, but their supporters are more subdued and many have probably changed their minds.

Only issue I’ve had with them is male pits will always hit other male dogs

I prefer Rotts who also kill on occasion
Or Dobies
A standard American bulldog or old southern bulldog
Is a much more dangerous to people than usual pit bull
But wardaddy why do they kill so often
Cause there are tons of them and anything remotely resembles Petey is called a pit bull
