And once it’s in full motion, it will take on a life of its own (like the Panama or Suez Canals) and thus cement Russia, the Caspian “Stans”, Iran, Pakistan and India together in its’ own trade bloc?
A trade bloc totally outside the reach or effects of the U.S./Petrodollar/EU/NATO bloc?
