Yes. Every day. But not right now as I’m in the biz and tied up with many stuff. FL or TX are my targets. Somewhere where you have Castle Doctrine and you can shoot trespassers on your property and not go to jail.

Saw SO MANY CA plates, along I-10, on a recent road trip we took, out to west TX. All were heading East, towards Austin and Houston. Several with u-hauls and spouse cars following. :- /
I have a friend...part of a old wealthy family in Portland who have been there for generations. She was living the life she was programmed for...nice house in the right neighborhood, good husband, etc.
Problem is husband wasn’t from Portland and finally decided he was leaving the “shithole” (which Portland has become) with or without her. She cried and cried but they found and bought a house online in The Woodlands outside of Houston. Then they went to see it and suddenly she couldn’t wait to get out of Portland. I get texts from her everyday that they have found paradise, the people are great, the area is wonderful etc etc and she hasn’t looked back once.
I can’t wait to go visit!
