There are at least five other major players (in addition to the CIA) who had motive to kill JFK, and my view is that Angleton did the “heavy lifting” to get them to work together before, during and after the deed to make everything go smoothly.
—The military industrial complex. They wanted a long and expensive war in Southeast Asia, and JFK was souring on the idea.
—The Mafia (discussed elsewhere in this thread...)
—Israel (not yet discussed). JFK was adamantly opposed to nuclear proliferation, and the Israelis were very angry at him. This was not known to JFK researchers until Seymour Hirsch published his 1991 book “The Samson Option”.

Yes, all of that is true. Many powerful groups had motivation.
We don’t know and may never know the true story.
But I do know that JFK Assassination, Vietnam and the 60’s cultural revolution was one of the major change points in American history. (For the worse).
Also since JFK, only a few Presidents have acted in the best interests of the American People. Reagan, Trump, and maybe Nixon. Look at how they were treated vs the rest.
