Many folks benefited from the assassination:
LBJ got to be President.
The military industrial complex got their big military contracts.
Israel got the atomic bomb.
The mob ended federal investigations directed against them.
The CIA got its mojo back—no more threats of dissolution and micromanagement.
Oh yeah and I forgot J Edgar Hoover—he got to keep his job and get out from under the thumb of Bobby Kennedy.
