Doesn’t matter UN or not! That was not my question. I’ll restate it. I’ll leave out UN since you seem to have focused on that.

Do you really want a precedent set that a foreign power (or powers!) has investigative jurisdiction in the US? With investigative jurisdiction prosecutorial jurisdiction will soon follow. Do you really think so little of US sovereignty?

Reily, you need to get up to speed, seriously. I made it easy for you with the link to Clandestine’s articles. Do yourself a favor and read all his articles about the Biolabs. You’ll learn a lot.

I cannot write up a Cliff version of the topic, it is extensive.

Certain people and organizations US based or in the US, have committed Crimes against humanity re: bioweapons research and manufacture, and possibly distribution.

These individuals and their organizations need international justice, just like in Nuremburg.

The biolabs were primarily in Ukraine, and some other countries.

I sincerly beg you, read about this topic. The Fake News will not touch it, of course.

I think the thrust of the issue is that the US has agreed to certain "rules" like the Geneva convention and such. And among those rules are to NOT use bioweapons. Now, if we were doing it on our own soil, that's our jurisdiction and if any foreign entity steps foot on US land, I'll take up arms myself against them.

What matters to me here, and I think is the important thing is that if the US government has transgressed agreed-upon rules, if the US has resorted to developing bioweapons (and potentially using them), then someone has to answer to it.

I would not be against grabbing certain accused politicians and others, and putting them in front of a tribunal at a neutral location. Or trying them within our own systems, but with allowing testimony and evidence from foreign entities. Although my trust for our system is rather low, I don't think any world court would be any better. Finding impartiality is the hard part.
