I think in this case, it was McConnell who may have been the pro-active and quintessential RINO in this corrupt bargain, who for his own advantage with Kentucky voters, would freely hang the rest of the USA, in exchange for being seen in Kentucky, as an ever so fine example of a pro-life Kentucky senator, and Senate Leader.
