I was due for surgery to remove a cyst the other day and the doctor asked me about my health history. I related how the military rebuilt my immune system and as a result of that and genetics that I was basically bullet proof except for my skin issues. He asked about it. I told him about the acne issues (at 57) and told him I wouldn’t go to doctors for it as they would just prescribe antibiotics that would destory my gut flora and my immune system. He was blown away, smiled and dropped the subject.
It turned out it wasn’t a cyst after all and no surgery was required. Winning!
