Regarding Chinese hackers targeting US reporters before the J6 Protest, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine:

Here’s a little background: I worked as a Federal Contractor for an agency located in Atlanta, for about 7 years or so. I was given a tour of their cybersecurity ‘coordination room’. It looked a little like the bridge of the Enterprise. The main screen, a 100-inch or so plasma TV, hung on the wall and had colored lines coming from each country into America. The lines represented internet traffic. Green meant the traffic was benign, yellow meant ‘more analysis needed’, and red meant hostile.

There was solid red trunks coming from China, Russia, North Korea... and a few countries that supposedly aren’t hostile to us.

My point? China is CONSTANTLY trying to hack us. 24/7/365, they are sending hostile traffic. So, yeah, China hacked reporters before certain events.... just like every second of every other day.... and that was way back in 2009.

And this may or may not have been before the heathen Chinee succeeded in infiltrating controlling swaths of our government, big business, and tech industries with live agents. Remember Swallwell and Fang Fang and others?

The heathens make things happen in this country, both in policy and just about every aspect of American life. They especially like it when 'we' blame all that on Russia. In fact, pretty sure that was their idea. Too many people fall for that one, hence the Russia/Ukraine 'war' and all those new-found American Ukraine 'patriots', even on FR.
