So Europe is out too. There are 5 other continents, Antarctica is looking pretty good right now.
Speaking of Chernobyl, it occurs to me that maybe the black hats were wreaking havoc in Ukraine way back then. That country and its poor people have possibly been messed with for decades. I hope they come out the other side of this war free and well-informed enough to create their own destiny.
