For fans of The Fourth Turning, here's a recent video where
Tony Robbins interviews Turning co-author Neil Howe. They talk for an hour and a half about the concepts and manifestations of the four-part generational sequence (a High, an Awakening, an Unraveling, and a Crisis) and the four archetypes corresponding to each generation: Prophets, Nomads, Heroes, and Artists.
According to Howe, we are well into the Crisis (like the depression/WWII 80 years ago), the Civil War (80 years before that), and the Revolutionary War (80 years before that). He doesn't see a resolution of the Crisis until the early 2030s. We haven't felt enough pain yet to make the changes necessary to unify our country and culture.

I don’t agree with him. There’s be nothing left to fix by that time.

This should be required viewing for the Q fans. Excellent interview.
I read The Fourth Turning back in 2003. Important trends of history and the age groups. This interview is an update, and confirmation of the observations.
History shapes generations; and generations shape history.
