All amendments after the 1st 10 do not confer any “rights”.
They confer privileges.
Even if the Amendment calls such privileges “rights”.
They are privileges because (1) they are created by the government and (2) they DO NOT constrain the government from exercising them against We the People.
To be a proper “right” it must >>>constrain the government<<< from infringing upon the people; they actually constrain the People from governing the Government.

In point: Do you really think that you were born with the God given [human] right to limit the terms of your representatives?

I made no comment regarding Musk. We can all have our opinion regarding Pence even on this thread. That is why we think for ourselves.
Many have other opinions of Musk than you as well. I have no judgment about him. Things I like, things I don’t but then I feel the same way about many people.

Pence is getting press because Fox (Ryan) wants him to get in the race for POTUS.
They are currently stirring the pot for DeSantis to get the polls showing some division.
Once a crack appears, they will drop DeSantis (who has filed for another stint as FLA-GOV) and insert Pence.

This is what I was hoping for. Why have a 22 month ballot preservation law if it couldn't be use for redress? This is good news unless there was so much criminality that they are "missing". There should have been an equivalent 22 month preservation of evidence for voting machine data, too.
