Yes, the bottom line is Trump won’t change. What we saw, which was very good up to the point when covid hit, is what we will get. Does that mean we will spend 4 more years hearing that the clot shots were actually a good idea? Trump’s inability to admit any mistake is a serious shortcoming.

Trump has never been about thick skin. He's one of the most sensitive and most easily offended public personalities of my lifetime. I can still remember him squabbling viciously on the radio with AJ Benza over some woman they were both trying to date back in the day. But whatever - if he can win the White House in 2024 and get gas prices down, he's got my vote. I don't expect that the border wall will ever be built.

Musk is right. Cold truth. Musk is probably calling DeSantis encouraging him to run. At this point, DeSantis is probably the only guy who could challenge Trump in the Republican Primary.
