I haven’t been able to find hummus for quite awhile, I like it on crackers with wine before dinner.
I just bought two packages of Gardien Ultimate Chickpea Burgers at Grocery Outlet. Two burgers per box. I like them a as a meat alternative meal once a week. 11 grams of protein and no yucky soy. Four burgers will get me through the month. On my way to Trader Joe, where I used to be able to buy hummus. Maybe they have some.
I also eat beef, chicken, turkey and salmon. No pork. Lots of potatoes, no bread, ice cream but no cake. I weigh 118.
