No you are not. I like to joke about the heat in Texas but I really don't mind it. And our restaurants are too darn cold here. Always take my light sweater in.
Seems to be popular in Florida too - stores and restaurants seem to like to keep the temperature way down around 70-ish when it's 95+ outside. If you're used to the hot outdoor temperatures, 75 is very comfortable. They don't need to freeze the customers out.
Here in TN, I tend to keep my thermostat at 75 in the day, 73 when I sleep (I still like at least a very light blanket when I sleep). My old yankee habits kick in during the winter, 68-69 in the day time, and down to 62-63 at night.
