Yes, I remember reading about that . . . I think it was a TX State Rep who first spoke of it. Something about a staffer there told him of overhearing Roberts’ tantrum, IIRC. (I may be mistaken, but that’s what I remember it being).
Never heard anything about it after that. Don’t get me wrong, there MAY be something to the story. But, it may also be in the same category as “Everyone’s saying that Local Celebrity So-and-So is a gerbil freak”. We just don’t know. (And the gerbils aren’t talking). :-)

If that was expressed among the Justices, it has as little appropriate place as activists outside Justices' homes or at restaurants, etc., where they may be in public. On that latter, I believe all of those should immediately be arrested on the charge of obstruction of justice.
