Wow, that's a lot of mad people. Imagine if they were allowed to have guns?

Does anyone know if these banks are considered large banks? (IN China, of course, they're probably all considered "large" and government-owned.) I am wondering if moving out of larger banks into smaller credit unions would help any if at all.
