Does anyone have info about omircron causing immunity to other variants of covid? A friend emailed me about some new covid going all around CA. I told her I read a while ago omicron gives people immunity and she said not true. I am not paying attention to covid at all and would like any information anyone has.
Myself I’m not worried at all, just want to know what facts are (if anyone knows). I tried searching and it’s useless.

heard today some DR saying that the ‘new’ variant is even less destructive than omicron...
as to immunity?? dunno
I recall hearing that omicron caused immunity to all previous variants. Problem is, it likely won’t help the jabbed.
