I remember him also being in Blind Faith back in the day. He had a severe reaction from the AstraZenaca vaccine. His hands and feet were useless for two weeks and he didn't know if he could ever play again. Pompous Fool is fantastic; full of his trademark folky blues and great lyrics, sticking it to the man. I read shortly after he got the vax reaction, that he seriously regretted getting the vax twice even. Very glad he can play again. Pompous fool can be anyone in gov, including those pushing vaxes!
