As population increases, social conflict increases. Eventually, the only form of government that works is autocracy.

Well, you see, one of the first freedoms is the freedom to be fruitful and multiply. Anyone talk of population control is inherently antithetical to one of the most basic and fundamental freedoms that human beings possess.
