Sure, but it's not necessary unless you think your water has a lot of metals in it. If there are any pathogens they will be quickly 86'd.

Are far as I know indefinitely as long as it's not exposed to light. At worst it would become less diluted depending on the seal. Water is patient, it will find a way out. That's why peroxide bottles are brown and opaque. Refrigeration is not necessary, but I do know it can be frozen for storage. It freezes at about 5°F.
