Biolabs are there to monitor disease outbreaks especially in animals and develop vaccines.

Wuhan had a high level lab that was manipulating animal covid virus, These experiments were stopped in the US after problems with lab safety were discovered.

China has had several lab leaks due to carelessness, in recent years, China had lab leak of SARS and an outbreak of brucellosis.
There is a saying never attribute to malice what is probably just stupidity.

Unless the timing of the 'stupidity' is spot on for your enemy.

“There is a saying never attribute to malice what is probably just stupidity. “
```````
I thought that way. But now I realize that most of the ‘stupid’ was on purpose. That’s how they get away with so much. “Ooopsie! My bad!”
If they told us they were doing it on purpose to destroy us, we’d have them strung up on lampposts long ago.
The evidence that the biolabs in Ukraine were not benign in intentions is overwhelming. Much posted on this thread.
Sometimes I think the person who made that up wanted to direct peoples’ attention away from the actual malign intent. Currently, the old saying needs to be said in revese:
Stop attributing malign intent to mere stupidity.
If it was stupidity there sure was a mountain of evil serendipity in the hordes of douchebags “ready at the starting gate” to jump out and take advantage of it…
Oh, and don’t forget the “exercises” that just so happened to occur right before corona, AND monkey pox popped up…
And the budgetary line item for the Ukrainian lab calling out Covid 19 a month before it’s outbreak and 2 months before it was named.
That saying applies to close friends and family.
In politics and world events it is the opposite of the truth.
