Context seems clear to me. They clearly said Trump is so horrible he is waking people up. (the cabal has thier own idea of "awakened" and it aint the same as what we think of. The reality is, that is what Biden is doing - waking up to how truly horrible communism/authoritarianism is. The video is from when Trump was President.
