The dad got him a firearms card in 2019, and the same year he threatened to kill his family?
If the card was signed for before the threats, why didn’t the dad report it and have the card revoked?
Same question if the threats came after he obtained the card.
The threats were made before the father helped him get the card. Card was in December 2019, threats were earlier that year iirc.
