We have beef cuts that we have vacuum sealed, froze, and are still in perfect condition.....years later!
That’s our trick....is the vacuum sealing. We had a two year old roast, a few weeks ago, that tasted perfectly amazing. It thawed, beautifully.
I do the same with frozen veggies (carrots, potatoes, squash, cauliflower, etc.)
