That’s crazy that your manager said ‘STAY’, during a fire alarm. Maybe she knew it was a false alarm?

It's was conflicting to say the least.
Alarms going off and the officer on duty in Dillards said this is not a drill to evacuate...so we all try to leave.
The Dillards manager told us all to stay put because it was a false alarm!

The officer was going by the Mall Security to evacuate and the Dillards Manager heard different!

All I can say,glad it wasn't a mass shooter like last year when a woman came in our store screaming he has a gun!
We all ran out like hell regardless what management said!

These days,one must trust their own instinct! Last year was also a false alarm,but who was going to risk it! I grabbed my purse and left the building last year!
