The comical part is if the Rats treated everything polluting the planet as pollution and not climate change over the last 40 years, we would have knocked most of it out by now and had a cleaner planet.
If the Ganges is cleaned up, desalination facilities dotted the coastlines in countries where fresh water is hard to find and old growth forests cleared, we wouldn’t have many issues. But the Rats want everything to be political instead of practical.

The not so comical part is that they always talk about limiting "carbon emissions" but leave out the O2 part. If you're sequestering carbon diOXIDE, you are taking oxygen out of the atmosphere, too.
