Eastman filed a federal lawsuit in New Mexico on Monday and asked a judge to order the feds to return his property [cell phone] and block the January 6 investigators from accessing his phone [including his lawyer-client protected emails therein].
FBI got the phone on June 22 - could this have anything to do with the Jan 6 committee claiming “new information”?
